  • Do you offer various packages and pricing?
    Yes, we have various cleaning packages. Whether you want a one-time clean or a recurring professional cleaning service, we have the right package for you! View our Services for more details.
  • Do I have to sign a contract?
    We do not require a contract for service. There may be some agreements between us to clarify agreed upon details regarding your service needs.
  • What does your 100% Satisfaction Guarantee mean?
    We guarantee our work. If you are displeased with your cleaning for any reason, please contact our office at 502-807-3744 within 24 hours of the cleaning, and we will schedule a time to come back and make it right.
  • What happens if something goes wrong during the appointment?
    If anything goes wrong with your appointment, please call our office at 502-807-3744 so we can address the issue immediately.
  • Should I tip my cleaner?
    Tips are always appreciated, but not required, and definitely not expected. If you choose to tip, 15-20% would be an industry standard for tipping service providers.
  • When do I pay for the cleaning service?
    You will be charged the same day the cleaning service is completed. We process credit and debit cards through Square. We also accept cash, checks and online payment through apps like Paypal, Venmo, Cash App.

  • Do you bring your own supplies?
    Yes. We will bring all the needed cleaning products or equipment. You may be asked to provide a toilet brush and trash can liners.
  • Can I request special tasks or extras?
    Of course! We are glad to customize your cleaning to meet your needs. We ask that you give us a 48-hour notice to ensure we schedule enough time and needed supplies or equipment for the extras.
  • How can I get started with your cleaning services?
    Call our Scheduling Agent at 502-807-3744 to book your preferred service. In some circumstances, an in-home or video call assessment may be necessary to determine a quote. We will schedule your preferred service at a time that is most convenient for you within our working hours. After you initial cleaning, we can schedule recurring visits with the same cleaning staff before they leave. We leave your space sparkling clean!
  • Do I need to be present in my home or business during the cleaning?
    No. Most customers are not present during cleaning. We just need a way to gain access to the home or facility. We will be sure to always lock up before leaving.
  • Will I get the same cleaning staff each visit?
    We do our best to schedule the same cleaning staff for all recurring visits. If your favorite team member is not available, be assured that all of our staff are fully trained and vetted cleaning professionals.

    We do everything we can to hire trustworthy cleaning staff. Every cleaning professional is vetted with a background check and personal references. All of our cleaning staff are also insured and bonded.

    Yes, we are fully insured and bonded. We take you and our staff's safety and security very seriously and we have all the coverage to ensure all are protected.
  • Is my billing and payment information secure?
    All payments made with debit or credit cards or checks are processed by payment merchants electronically using encrypted technology that ensures your billing and payment information is secure. You personal contact information is also is also entered into a secure customer management system that is only accessed by authorized personnel with special database permission roles.
